Makes 18

7 ounce package Tim Tam Cookies
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted

Pulse cookies in a food processor until they are turned into fine crumbs.

Add cream cheese that has been cut into cubes. Blend until the mixture forms a ball.

Use a tablespoon size disher to scoop dough into balls. Roll by hand to smooth into even ball shapes.

Freeze about 10 minutes to firm up, but not longer, or they will expand and crack when dipped in chocolate.

Dip sucker stick in melted chocolate and push into cookie ball about halfway. Repeat with all 18 and freeze again for a few minutes until firm.

Dip entire ball in bowl of melted chocolate, use a spoon to cover the top including edge around the sucker stick.

Decorate as desired.
