I’m Jeannie Gearin, and baking has been a part of my life since childhood where homemade cakes were a staple of every special occasion. I took my first cake decorating class when my son was turning one and now, twenty years later, I still have passion for the sugar art. I teach at several locations in the St. Louis area. As a member of ICES, I have met people from around the world who are as interested in the art of cake decorating. Through The Pastry Tip, I am able to share my love for baking, decorating and do it yourself parties.
